Lessons are offered in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical/contemporary, acro, and music theatre. All ages and levels are welcome.
-
Our music program is offered by private 30-min lessons in either vocal, piano, guitar or ukulele.
-
Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the class start time, leave your shoes at the rack/coat area, change into your shoes/attire for your lesson (we have dedicated change rooms) & get ready for your instructor to bring you in! We have helpers at the start of the season to ensure everyone gets where they need to go.
Bring your reusable water bottle (we have a refill station) into your lesson. -
Anyone can start dance or music at any age. At The Studio students are group by age and ability (except for Acro, which is based on ability). We recommend reading through our Class Descriptions to find your best fit, or call our office (905-454-5735) for assistance in selecting the right class for your child.
-
Our Mainstream/Recreational program does NOT require an audition. Based on a discussion with you and your child, we will place your child in the best class possible. We are open to students trying different classes until they find the right fit. Programs requiring an audition are the Studio Intensive Program and our Part-Time Competitive/Enhanced Training Team.
-
Parents can view classes by watching the split screen monitor in our waiting area. We also have family observation week to allow parents into the classes to support and encourage their children.
-

All lessons for dance and music are currently offered in-person at The Studio (250 Clarence St. #5, Brampton, ON)

This is totally normal, especially for younger children!
Everything is new, and it can take a few weeks to adjust. Give your child time to settle in, and we recommend to hold off on re-evaluating after about 4 lessons (or more for some students, everyone is unique!).

While we can’t provide supervised childcare before or after class, we understand that delays happen. If you’re running late, just give us a call & we’ll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.
