Please be sure to fill out the health screening emailed to you.  You can also find the health screening link on the homepage of our website.  If you already filled out a screeing form because you had Saturday dance or music lessons you do not need to resubmit.  Please do not bring any “props” that go with your costume.  We wouldn’t want anyone to forget an important part of their costume before Halloween night.  If you are not feeling well, please do not attend.  Current registered students of The Studio are considered “members” and receive a special rate of $30 plus tax.  Non members are $35 plus tax.  Parents are to drop off at 5:30pm and pick up promptly at 7:30pm.  Masks must be worn (you may want to refrain from wearing a costume mask)
