Ballet

Tuesdays 5:30pm

All ballet classes will consist of barre, stretching, balances and learning traditional ballet foundations. This class is intended for dancers with some experience but beginners are welcome too! 

Tap

Wednesdays 6:00pm

With or without tap shoes you can still tap dance. Dancers with tap shoes are encouraged to use a piece of wood, cardboard or carpet. Dancers without tap shoes may find running shoes or a dress shoe with a smooth sole works. This class is intended for dancers with some experience but beginners are welcome too! A brief warm up will start each class then it is on to dancing. Technique and combos will be taught. This class is intended for dancers with some experience but beginners are welcome too!

Contemporary

Wednesdays 6:45pm

Starting each class will be a full body warm up. Then progress into technique and combos. Dancers make sure you have checked the space around you for safety. No shoes are required for this class. This class is intended for dancers with some experience but beginners are welcome too!

Hip Hop

Tuesdays 6:15pm

High energy and fun! A great work out for any age and level. Technique, skills, freezes and combos are taught. This class is intended for dancers with some experience but beginners are welcome too!

Jazz Combo

Thursdays 5:45pm

Every class will start with a short warm up and then jump right into learning a dance.  Combinations in Jazz and Contemporary will be the focus. 

New to Dance

Tuesdays 7:00pm

Each class will focus on a different dance style.  This class is great for dancers who want to try a new style of dance and for children who are brand new to dance.  The best way to know what style of dance is your favourite to start with is by trying.  Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical and Music Theatre will be covered over the 6 weeks.

Teen Time

Thursdays 7:00pm

A class just for teens.  Dancers and non dancers are welcome.    Topics include nutrition, injury prevention, anatomy, self esteem, create your vision board and yoga.  Some weeks will include a guest speaker.

Stretch, Strength, Fit

Thursdays 5:00pm

This class focuses on the necessary elements required for a strong dancer to stay in physical shape.  Class will consist of stretch, strength & cardio.
