A class for beginners and intermediate dancers. Ballet barre, stretching, port de bras, jumps and technique will be covered each class. Bare feet is recommended if ballet shoes are not available.
Core & Restore
A combination of simple cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises. Perfect for adult dancers and non dancers. Each class will conclude with a focus on breath and centering the mind.
Great for beginners and those wil a few years of training. If tap shoes are not available running shoes or hard sole dress shoes (flats) will work too. A hard surface is best to dance on if possible. A plank of wood, sheet of cardboard or laminate flooring will work.
For tap dancers with experience of 3+ years training. This class moves quickly. Warm up, drills and combos are taught over the 6 weeks. If tap shoes are not available running shoes or hard sole dress shoes (flats) will work too. A hard surface is best to dance on if possible. A plank of wood, sheet of cardboard or laminate flooring will work. If you are an intermediate or beginner tap dancer give our Beg/Int class a try.
Every class will begin with a full body warm up, stretch and strength. Fun jazz routines are taught each week. Bare feet is best for jazz class is jazz shoes are not available.
Feel your body move and extend in every direction in contemporary dance. Connect with your body on an emotional level through movement. Full warm up, stretch and strength will begin each class and progress on to combonations. Bare feet are recommended for this class.
